Alessandro Guimarães Pereira

Innovation and Telecommunications Coordinator at the Secretariat for Economic Reforms, Ministry of Finance of Brazil, where he prepares opinions and studies to encourage competition in the telecommunications markets and the emergence of new business models and forms of cooperation. He worked at the Administrative Council for Economic Defense - CADE, at the General Superintendence, analyzing Mergers and Acquisitions and anti-competitive conduct in regulated markets, mainly those related to telecommunications, fuel distribution and transport. He holds a specialization in Economic Law and Competition Defense from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation - FGV (2021), a Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Brasília - UnB (2007) and a degree in Design from UNESP (2002).
