Professor in Neonatology at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo, SP (2001); PhD in Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo, SP (1993); Master in Pediatrics, Faculty of Medicine, University of São Paulo, SP (1990). Professor of the Postgraduate Course Senso Estrict, Department of Pediatrics, Faculty of Medicine, University of São Paulo, SP. Has experience in the areas of Neonatology, Neonatal Intensive Care and Pediatric Intensive Care. Develops research mainly in the lines of infection, nutrition and humanization.
