She is graduated in Animal Science from UNESP of Jaboticabal (1999), a Masters in Agronomy from ESALQ-USP (2002) in the area of pig nutrition and a PhD in Food Science from UNICAMP (2017). Professional experience of nine years (2002 to 2011) in a multinational company with emphasis on research and development, working mainly on the following topics: nutrition, food and ambience for broilers and pigs. PhD with the project related to the use of essential oils with antimicrobial and antioxidant activity in the broiler diet and the effect on "Salmonella Enteritidis" and the shelf life of raw and heat treated beef.
