Roberto Bertholdo

Graduated in Chemistry from the Federal University of Paraná (1998), master's degree in Chemistry from the Federal University of Paraná (2001) and a PhD in Chemistry from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Julio de Mesquita Filho - UNESP (2005) with a sandwich period at the Université Montpellier II - France (2003-2004) . He is currently an associate professor IV at the Federal University of Alfenas - UNIFAL-MG, Poços de Caldas Campus, vice-coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Chemical Engineering (PPGEQ/UNIFAL-MG) and coordinator of the Center for Studies and Application of Materials for Environmental Remediation (CEMARA ICT/UNIFAL-MG). Has experience in Chemistry with emphasis on Inorganic and Materials Chemistry, acting on the following topics: nanotechnology, nanochemistry, nanostructured, the carbon nanotubes, phenolic resins, catalysis and photocatalysis, adsorption, template synthesis, mesoporous materials, sol-gel process, colloidal crystals , photonic crystals, glass and glass ceramics (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
