Commercial Aircraft Cabin Systems and Interiors Engineering Management, overcoming challenges in all phases of the product's life: conception and development with suppliers and partners; manufacturing and production; cost reduction and value increase projects; customer satisfaction and operation safety and security. Very successful results supporting a joint venture (Mexico) and its owners (Brazil, USA, France). Challenges ranged from the production floor plan, engineering tests and manufacturing releases, acquisition and contracting of suppliers and technical advice to the board of directors. Experience integrating teams at a recent acquired company, merging the former and new cultures and creating an Engineering quality midset. 20 direct members. 40 indirect members. Two major suppliers.
