Mirela Vanin

Graduated in Chemical Engineering from University Center of FEI (1995), Master in Chemical Engineering from UNICAMP - State University of Campinas (1998), PhD in Chemical Engineering from UNICAMP State University of Campinas (2003) and Postdoctorate from University of Waterloo, Waterloo / Canada. She was coordinator of the Food Technology and Food Engineering graduation courses at UTFPR Campus Campo Mourão from 2008 to 2010. She is researcher in: biodegradable and biobased polymers; green synthesis of silver nanoparticles; obtaining biotechnological products (biosurfactant, organic acids, dyes) using agro-industrial by-products; biological indicators for sterilization systems.
