Specialist in the modeling of PPP Projects, Leonardo carried out his undergraduate studies in Architecture and Urbanism at the Federal University of Espírito Santo - UFES (1999). He holds a Master of Science in Design Management (2002) and a PhD in Public-Private Partnerships from the Department of Civil and Urban Construction at the University of São Paulo USP (2008), with doctoral fellowships at the Glasgow Caledonian University - GCU (2004) and the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology RMIT (2005). Leonardo worked as project analyst at the Partnerships Victoria (Australia), a reference in the regulation and modeling of PPP projects (2005) and advised public and private clients on PPP projects at AGR Estruturadora de Projetos (2008-2011). Currently, Leonardo is a Business Development Executive at CCI Concessões, where he coordinates design, construction, financial and legal teams on the design of PPP projects aimed at the supply of public services, which includes the definition of service level agreements, performance measurement systems and payment mechanisms, economic and financial modeling, environmental studies, development of business cases and operation plans, preparation of responses to Expressions of Interest (EoI) and bid proposals.
