Almir Laranjeira Neri Junior

He holds bachelor's degree at Engenharia Elétrica from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2002), master's at Electric Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2005) and doctor's at Universidade Federal da Bahia (2018). He is currently a master equipment engineer at Petrobras UO-BA, in the operation and maintenance of electrical systems, and a professor at SENAI CIMATEC in Low voltage Power Systems, Electrotechnics, Machine Drives and Power Systems Protection. Has experience in Electric Engineering, focusing on Electronic Automation of Electric and Industrial Processes, acting on the following subjects: Computational Simulation, Industrial Electrical Systems, Energy Distribution, Electric Machines and Power Electronics. He was sector manager of the Petrobras UN-BA Maintenance Workshops from 2012 to 2017, managing corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, well equipment, preventive maintenance on compressors and operation and maintenance of electrical systems.
