I am a highly focused, enthusiastic and goal driven Chemical Engineer professional with Master degree and PhD in Process Control at UNICAMP. Campinas - SP, Brazil. I am a ISO 9001 and 14001 auditor, Green Belt certified and Black Belt trained by DuPont and have a solid experience in Quality, Production, Excellence programs, Sustainability and People Management in multinational companies. The desire for change is what makes me get up out of bed every day. I believe in what I do. I believe in the power of people to transform themselves and the reality around them. That is why I have been working on the Continuous Improvement area for almost 20 years.
