Flavio Olmos Simoes

holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the State University of Campinas (1996) and a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the State University of Campinas (1999). He is currently a telecommunications researcher at CPQD Foundation - Reseach and Developmente Center in Telecommunications.
