Vanessa Rosseto

She holds a Master's degree in Ecology and a degree in Biological Sciences from the State University of Campinas. She is currently a PhD student in the Postgraduate Program in Biological Sciences at the Federal University of Pampa. She works as a laboratory technician at the Federal University of Pampa / Campus Bagé. She works on research projects in Biological Sciences (Botany and Plant Ecology), Agronomy (Fertility in Olives), Food Technology (Olive Oil Extraction and Characterization) and Engineering (Bioactive Compounds; Monitoring and Treatment of Water and Effluents). She has experience in determining the profile of fatty acids, through Gas Chromatography and in the identification and quantification of phenolic compounds, through High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). She also works as an extension worker, having coordinated the following projects: Arborizar: Going Beyond Planting; Didactic Materials in Environmental Education; Sustainable Management of Butiazeiros.
