Architect, Professor at FAUUSP, Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism, University of São Paulo, where he graduated in 1964. Title of Master of Architecture in Urban Design, MAUD, Harvard University, Graduate School of Design (1977); bona fine researcher, Bartlett School of Architecture, 1984 London; PhD in Architecture and Urbanism, University of São Paulo (FAUUSP 1987). He was a professor at PUCCAMP and USJT, Universidade São Judas Tadeu where he implemented the City Architecture Research Group, GPAC / CNPQ / USJT, dedicated to the study of the physical shape of urban fabrics ,. He developed a procedure for research and urban projects, experimented in the USJT urban design studio and published in the form of a book: 'Corridors and subareas: how to study the shape and design of the city'. He published articles in several national and international magazines. Among the professional works in the Architecture area, the projects for the Faculty of Technology, the Center for Tropical Medicine and the Faculty of Health Sciences at the Campus Darcy Ribeiro, UnB, in São Paulo, SP stand out, designed the original building of GRAACC / UNIFESP and FIPECAFI / USP.
