Graduated in Nutrition from São Camilo University Center - Ipiranga Campus (1998), Master in Nutrition Sciences from the Federal University of São Paulo (2002), Food and Nutrition Specialist in Childhood and Adolescence from the Federal University of São Paulo (1999). Postgraduate in Management of Quality and Sanitary Food Control by Racine Institute (2009). Currently teaches the Dietetic Technique, Dietary and Gastronomic Techniques and Food Hygiene disciplines and supervises internships in restaurants at the Course of Nutrition of Centro Universitário São Camilo. She was professor of Nutrition Course of the University Center of Maringá, from 2003 to 2005 and of the Courses of Nutrition, Gastronomy, Podology and Aesthetics of Universidade Anhembi Morumbi from 2005 to 2014.
