Rafael Mingoti

Agronomist at the University of São Paulo in 2004, where he completed a Master's degree in 2009 and the Ph. D. degree in Science in 2012 both with a specialization in irrigation and drainage. MBA in Project Management (USP-ESALQ). Was Professor at the Federal University of Mato Grosso on the Sinop campus. Taught courses in the areas of GIS and Water Resources. Main practice areas: territorial management, potencial geographical distributions of agricultural pests and hydrologic modeling applications.
