Nivaldo Alexandre de Freitas

Graduated in Psychology (2002) and Philosophy (2009) from the University of São Paulo, he holds a Masters degree (2006) and a Doctorate (2013) from the Institute of Psychology at the University of São Paulo. He is a professor at the Federal University of Rondonópolis (UFR - MT) and the leader of the Research Group on Human Development, Educational Theories, and Public Policies (FORTEP). An associate member of ANPEd, ABRAPSO and SBPC, his academic work is grounded in the Critical Theory of Society. His research focuses on topics such as psychoanalysis and literature in the study of the individual, the concept of individual formation in psychological and educational theories, the intersections of technology, science, and politics, as well as violence and inclusive education.
