Sérgio Paulo Amaral Osório

Bachelor in Physics from the University of Campinas (1985), MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of São Paulo (1995) , PhD in Physics from the University of Campinas (2007), and post doctoral at the Institute of Physics of São Carlos - USP (2010 -2012). Pos doctoral at the Institute of Nanotechnology, University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, AR, EUA, (2013). Teacher of Physics I, II, III and IV, for undergraduate students at the State University of Maringá, Paraná, Brazil. Main areas of research: 1) Plasmonic and photonic devices, 2) Manufacturing and characterization of microelectronic's devices. 2) Fabrication and characterization of microstructured optical fibers (especially tellurite glass fibers).
