Adriana Piva

I have a Master's Degree in Education from UFMG, a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from the University of São Paulo - USP and a Pedagogue from Newton Paiva. For the last 20 years, I have been dedicating myself to the theme of Education and Culture, starting with teacher training, production of educational objects, identification and registration of Brazilian cultural heritage and participation in actions to preserve these assets.Along my professional journey, I was also able to insert myself in the practice of distance education and in issues related to Public Policies in Education.Since 2014, I have been working as a professor in Higher Education, especially in Licentiateship courses, and as a mentor professor in the latu sensu graduate course. I coordinate the Projeto Menina Cabeça, an extension project that seeks the empowerment and citizenship training of teenage girls living in suburban neighborhoods. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
