Rodrigo Gusmao Cavalcante

Holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Federal University of Bahia (1999), Masters in Electrical Engineering from State University of Campinas (2002) and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from State University of Campinas (2008). He is currently professor of higher education at the Federal Institute of Bahia and a Petroleum Engineer at Petrobras. He has experience in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on Telecommunication Systems, acting on the following topics: probability of error, homogeneous spaces, Riemannian manifolds, isometries, modulation, error correcting codes and quantum codes.
