Fábio Ferraz Júnior

He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering (with emphasis in Mechatronics) from USP / EESC - São Carlos (1999), a Master's degree (2002) and a PhD (2007) in Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing Process Automation) from the same institution; an MBA in Artificial Intelligence and Big Data from USP / ICMC - São Carlos (2022). He is currently the director of SENSOFT Automação Ltda, a researcher in the Professional Master's Program in Production Engineering at the University of Araraquara (UNIARA), and an undergraduate professor at INSPER Institute of Education and Research. He has experience in the areas of Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics, with an emphasis on Manufacturing Process Automation, working primarily on the following topics: instrumentation, monitoring, supervision (SCADA), PLC, open architecture CNC, robotics, manufacturing integration, and industrial communication networks.
