I am an agricultural engineer graduated from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP), at the Faculty of Agricultural and Veterinary Sciences (FCAV), Jaboticabal Campus, in 2004. During my graduation, I was awarded an Honorable Mention by the University of São Paulo. I completed my master's degree in Agronomy with an emphasis on Plant Production in 2007 and my doctorate in Agronomy, with a focus on Genetics and Plant Breeding, from FCAV/UNESP in 2011. In 2008, I completed a doctorate in Agronomy at the Facultat de Farmàcia i Ciències de l ' Alimentació, from the University of Barcelona, Spain, with support from CAPES/DGU (Process no. 131/07). I was a teaching researcher responsible for the subjects of General Genetics and Basic Molecular Genetics for a degree in Agronomy and Zootechnics at FCAV/UNESP until 2022. At the moment. , I collaborate in postgraduate courses in Agronomy (Genetics and Plant Breeding), including Plant Biochemistry and Biochemical Bases of Biological Nitrogen Fixation. Since 2020, I have worked as a scientific consultant, without employment, for a biotechnology startup Enzymilk, which develops enzyme cocktails for modifying sugars of industrial interest in food segments. In 2022, he received the Young Researchers award from UNESP, winning first place in the area of Agricultural Sciences. He has experience in the area of Agronomy and Genetics, with an emphasis on Molecular Genetics of Microorganisms, developing a better understanding of the complex molecular microorganism-plant interaction . To this end, transcriptome techniques have been used, as well as data integration with an approach to cloning and studying different expressed genes, covering mechanisms of resistance of agricultural pests to insecticidal proteins, characterization of molecules with antioxidant power and molecular analysis of the diversity of microorganisms. associated with plants.
