Professor, consultant, writer and speaker, with experience in technical, technological, higher and postgraduate education, in the following areas: tourism, education through travel, culture, professional education and research methodology. He also works in the area of interpersonal knowledge, self-knowledge and Pathwork. Post-Doctorate in Knowledge Diffusion at DMMDC at FACED-UFBA, Doctor and Master in Education at UFBA, Specialist in Hotel Administration (UESC/SENAC - 1999), degree in French Language and Literature at the University of Nancy II, France, and in Special Didactics of the French Language from UERJ UNIVERSIDADE DO ESTADO DO RIO DE JANEIRO. Retired professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Bahia (1997-2021). Full Collaborating Researcher of the Postgraduate Program in Tourism at the University of Brasília - UnB / Center of Excellence in Tourism - CET (2015-2020). Collaborating Professor of the Multi-Institutional and Multidisciplinary Doctorate in Knowledge Diffusion - DMMDC (UFBA/IFBA/UNEB/UEFS/LNCC/SENAI-CIMATEC [2014-2018]). Leader of the Tourism, Travel, Culture and Leisure Research Group: knowledge dissemination channels (2012-2017). Expert and Consultant in Teaching and Research in Tourism and Hospitality.
