Patricia Logullo is a postdoctoral meta-researcher working with the British center of the EQUATOR Network, an initiative to reduce waste and increase the integrity of scientific publications, which operates at the University of Oxford. She graduated in Social Communication, with a specialization in Journalism from the Faculty of Social Communication Casper Líbero (1994), Master in Science (Experimental Pathophysiology) from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo (2001) and Ph.D. in Evidence-Based Health at the University Federal of São Paulo (Unifesp). In addition, she is specialized in Scientific Journalism, having completed the course in the first class of LabJor, at the State University of Campinas (Unicamp) in 2000. She directs the consultancy Palavra Impressa Editora, guiding the preparation of scientific texts authored by researchers from several universities in various states of Brazil. She helps to write, edit and review scientific articles in health, mainly, and also writes and edits reports on social projects and historical records for associations, societies and foundations, such as Fundação Itaú Social. She has experience in editing texts for scientific journals, having worked for 20 years as an editor/reviewer of the two scientific journals of Associação Paulista de Medicina and another for the Brazilian Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (SBNPE).
