Mileni Bertholini Ferreira

Teacher and researcher graduated in the Full Licentiate Degree Course in Languages (Portuguese / English) by the Institute of Biosciences, Languages and Exact Sciences, of the Paulista State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho, São José do Rio Preto campus. During her graduation, she participated in the project "Ordering Orational Constituents in Lusofonia", under the guidance of Professor Erotilde Goreti Pezatti. She also developed, in that period and under the guidance of the same professor, the Scientific Initiation project entitled "Ordering Clitics in Paulista Portuguese in the 20th Century". After graduation, she taught Portuguese as a Foreign Language to exchange students from the Overseas Flagship Program and began her studies on the Teletandem context (TELLES, 2006), becoming a researcher at the Teletandem Laboratory of Paulista State University. She completed her master's degree in Applied Linguistics (Language Teaching and Learning), also at Paulista State University, under the guidance of Professor Suzi Marques Spatti Cavalari. Her dissertation is entitled "The process of synchronous collaborative writing in English in the oral sessions of integrated institutional teletandem" and aims to characterize the production process of collaborative texts in English in the context of integrated institutional teletandem, a modality of teletandem implemented in Paulista State University. Currently, she is a teacher in municipal public education in the city of Catanduva, teaching English to students of Elementary School. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
