The project proposes to analyze the influences and transformations of the Disney production, more specifically the animated features and the comics after the changes in the Walt Disney company as corporation in the 1980´s, resulting in decentralization and creating a new dynamic way of cultural and artistic production. The purpose of this project is to reflect on the importance of quality assessments in academic libraries from the perspective of their customers. Highlights and presents a specific methodology, LibQual, using a case study conducted in Texas A&M University libraries. From a critical analysis, notes the possibility of application of this methodology in Brazilian academic libraries. (AU)
