Silvia Eloiza Priore

Graduated in Nutrition from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (Josué de Castro Institute), Residency in Public Health from the National School of Public Health - Sérgio Arouca - ENSP/FIOCRUZ, Specialization in Public Health with an emphasis on Nutrition from the Faculty of Public Health - FSP/USP, Master's and Doctorate in Nutrition from the Federal University of São Paulo/Escola Paulista de Medicina. Full Professor at the Department of Nutrition and Health at the Federal University of Viçosa. She works in the undergraduate course in Nutrition area: Social Nutrition and Public Health and in the Stricto sensu Postgraduate Programs: Nutrition Science and Agroecology, and in the latter she was coordinator. Co-supervised at the University of Évora - Portugal. He was in Námpula/Mozambique under an agreement between UFV and the University of Lúrio. Coordinates the Food Acquisition Program - institutional purchase (PAA-CI/UFV). Participated in the preparation of the UFV Food Security Policy, approved by the University Council (2024).
