Alexandre Kepler Soares

Undergraduate degree of Civil Engineering from Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (2000), master science in Hydraulic Engineering and Sanitation from University of São Paulo (2003), PhD in Hydraulic Engineering and Sanitation from University of São Paulo (2007), and post-doc in Instituto Superior Técnico of Lisbon, Portugal. He has experience in Environmental, Sanitary and Civil Engineering, focusing on Water Resources and Hydraulic Engineering, acting on the following subjects: water distribution systems modelling, water losses in pipe networks, hydraulic transients and developing of water resources planning and management models.
