Artist and researcher based in Brazil. Bachelor of Visual Arts (Unicamp, 2001), obtained a master's degree in visual arts and curatorial studies at the Nuova Accademia di Belle Arte (Milan, 2010). Attended for the period of one year, as a guest student, the classes of Simon Starling in at hte Staedelschule (Frankfurt, 2011). Joine in 2012 PIESP, coordinated by Adriano pedrosa and Carla Zacagnini. His interests lie mainly in the encountering fields of design, critical practices, spatial politics, knowledge economy and visual culture. Acts as a visual artist, researcher, critic and teacher in the areas of drawing, sculpture, new media (video and photo) and history of contemporary art. He also works in related areas, such as graphic design, exhibition design and curating. Among his recent exhibitions include: 33rd e 35th Panoramas da Arte Brasileira MAM SP, 9th Mercosul Bienal, Contra Escambos; Eternal Tour SESC; Mythologies, Cité des Arts; Remediações, À sombra do futuro, Instituto Cervantes; IV Bienal Internacional de Arquitetura de Rotterdam (Urbaninform Platform, 2009); 3rd Utrecht Manifest ; Public Turbulence Isola Art Center, The Building: E-flux; Rumos Artes Visuais Itaú Cultural (São Paulo, 2006); 6 Salão de Artes de Goiás, 31 SARP, among others.
