Chemical Engineer by UFRRJ (2000) with emphasis on the Environment Engineering. Master (2003) and doctorate´s (2007) degree in Hydraulic and Sanitation Engineering by EESC / USP with passage as trainee researcher (Sandwich) from the University of Valladolid / Spain (Department of Chemical Engineering and Environment). He teaches the Masters of Environmental Engineering (PPGEA) and Professional in Engineering and Sustainable Development (PPGES), both of the Technological Center of the Federal University of Espírito Santo (UFES), where he teaches classes and guidelines. Head of the Laboratory of Environmental Sanitation Management (LAGESA) and Adjunct Professor of the Environmental Engineering course at UFES. She teaches disciplines in undergraduate and graduate studies and develops research in the area of Sanitation and Environmental Management. He is a Consultant in the Environment and Basic Sanitation at the Espírito Santo Foundation of Technology (FEST), where he cooperates in environmental requalification projects and public policies in Basic Sanitation. He has experience in the area of Sanitary Engineering, with emphasis on Anaerobic, Aerobic and Physical-Chemical Treatment of Wastewater and Integrated Management of Solid Waste working mainly on the following topics: Advanced Wastewater Treatment for Organic and Nutrient Matter Removal, Effluent Decontamination Industrial Reuse, Solid Waste Management Programs and Structured Management of Cooperatives and Environmental Licensing. He has experience in designing, assembling, operating and monitoring pilot and compact wastewater treatment stations, urban redevelopment projects for floodplains and occupancy risk areas (landslides and flooding) and in the preparation of a Municipal Sanitation Basic Plan.
