Marcelo Fonseca Ignatios

He holds a degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho - UNESP / Bauru (2001) and specialization in Real Estate at FUPAM-USP. He worked in the public sector for the City of São Paulo between 2002 and 2007 with urban planning (Municipal Department of Urban Development - SMDU) and Affordable Houses (COHAB-SP), exercing technical assistance for projects executed by NGOs). Then, in the private sector, he worked for six years as a manager of expansion in the segment of new urban development by Cipasa Desenvolvimento Urbano SA From 2013 he collaborates again in the São Paulo City Hall as Superintendent for Structuring Projects at SP-Urbanismo, where has been responsible for carrying out the projects under the Strategic Master Plan (Law 16,050 / 14), the Zoning Law (Law No. 16,402 / 16) and the Urban Operations, assessing and simulating technical and economic- in different urban transformation scenarios, maintaining a constant dialogue with the private productive sectors. It also performs functions related to public-private partnership (PPP) projects and public concessions. The professional practice was directed to his career and the studies for the field of the urban economy and for the financial structuring of enterprises, including their feasibility, implantation phases, cash flow and risk analysis to support decision making in the field of urban development . In addition, it has been increasingly important and recurrent to be involved with issues related to Urban Law, considering the dynamics of Urban activities, as well as the constant construction of the normative framework that governs the actions of Man in the city's territory and in the transition between this and the Rural.
