Master (stricto sensu) in Gerontology from the Catholic University of Brasilia - UCB - CAPES 4 (2011-2013). It has expertise in Respiratory Therapy from the Universidade Federal de São Paulo - UNIFESP / EPM (2002-2003) and Graduate in Physical Therapy from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Julio de Mesquita Filho - UNESP (1998-2001) where he was a scholarship of scientific initiation (IC) by Support Foundation of the State of São Paulo - FAPESP for 1 year and 6 months (2000-2001). It is currently academic medicine at Athens in Paracatu-MG (2013-2018) and works as a professor at the School TECSOMA - Paracatu-MG for Physiotherapy courses, Nursing and Biomedicine (2014-present). He served as Coordinator of the Graduate (broad sense) in Physiotherapy in intensive care at the Catholic University of Brasilia - UCB (2011-2012) and Coordinator of the Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Laboratory and Respiratory Therapy and Mechanical Ventilation of the Catholic University of Brasilia - UCB ( 2006-2012). He has experience as Professor of Graduate courses (broad sense): Physiotherapy in Intensive Care - Module: Cardiology - UNICETREX / JK (2008-2014); Physiotherapy in intensive care at the Catholic University of Brasilia - UCB (2009-2012); Improvement in Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy - Cardiology Institute of Distrito Federal - University Foundation of Cardiology and Therapy Division IC / DF - Module: Intensive Care (2011); Cardiac Nursing - module: Mechanical Ventilation - Central Plateau Educational Union - UNIPLAC (2005-2007). He worked as a physiotherapist in hospitals: Saint Lucia, Saint Lucia and the Heart Institute of Distrito Federal - InCor-DF / Zerbini Foundation (Current HF / DF). He is a member of the editorial board of the Journal: Journal Uningá (indexed to IBICT-CCN and LATINDEX 2007 database) - (2008-present).
