I am a Forest Engineer with a Masters degree in Tropical Forest Management and Biodiversity Conservation, and a Ph.D. in Biodiversity and Biotechnology. I have dedicated my academic and professional career to forest conservation and restoration, the sustainable management of biodiversity, and the strengthening of sustainable production systems, with a focus on community well-being, the promotion of ecosystem services, and climate resilience. Over more than two decades, I have built a diverse and integrated trajectory, with experience in research, teaching, outreach, multi-stakeholder engagement, project design and management, fundraising, and communication. I currently serve as Senior Ecological Restoration Analyst at the Instituto Socioambiental (ISA), Chair of the Advisory Board of the Brazilian Society for Ecological Restoration (SOBRE), and member of the Strategic Coordination Council of the Alliance for Restoration in the Amazon.
