Luis Mochizuki

Associate Professor at the School of Arts, Sciences and Humanities at the University of São Paulo. Habilitation in Biomechanics and Motor Control (2008), PhD (2002) and Bachelor in Physical Education (1995) at USP. President of the EACH Undergraduate Committee (2022-2026). Coordinator of the bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Health at EACH USP (2017-2022). He was coordinator (2006-2010) of the bachelor's degree in Physical Activity Sciences (current bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Health) at EACH. He was coordinator (2013-2016) of the stricto sensu postgraduate program in Physical Activity Sciences at EACH. Former president and vice-president of the Brazilian Society of Biomechanics. He is part of Board of Directors of The International Society of Motor Control. He is the Editor of the Brazilian Journal of Biomechanics. He has experience in the area of Physical Education and Physiotherapy, working mainly on the following topics: education, biomechanics, motor control, postural control, coordination, signal processing, movement analysis, artificial intelligence, gymnastics and scientific divulgation.
