Virginia Arantes Ferreira Carpi

Agronomist, graduated from Universidade de São Paulo (2001) and Master in Agronomy from Universidade de São Paulo (2005), she is currently Federal Agricultural Inspector Auditor of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, Coordinator of International Affairs of the Secretariat of Animal and Plant Health. Has experience in the field of Agronomy, with an emphasis on Seed Technology, Seed and Seedling Production, Seed Certification, Regulatory Issues, International Affairs, Register of Varieties and Environmental Inspection, working mainly on the following topics: international affairs and regulatory issues, seed and seedling legislation, cultivar registration, federal agricultural inspection, audit, physiological potential of seeds, quality control, seed analysis, seed technology, environmental inspection.
