Currently Project Director at FUNCATE - Foundation for Space Science, Applications and Technology, and Professor at FATEC-SJC (São Paulo State Technology University), both in São José dos Campos, SP, Brazil. Over 35 years experience in Electrical Engineering, with emphasis on electromagnetic theory, wave propagation, optoelectronics, electronic circuits, and project management, especially in space systems, high-reliabiliy electronic and optoelectronic equipment, and optical fiber devices and sensors.
