Currently she is Professor and Head of the Department of Tourism and Patrimony of the School of Museologia, of the Center of Sciences Human beings and Sociais (CCH) of the Federal University of the State of Rio De Janeiro (UNIRIO). Responsible woman editor for the Periodic Itinerarium of the Department of Tourism and Patrimony of the UNIRIO. Groups of Research: " Information, Learning and Education in Turismo" ; " Tourism, Sciences Sociais and Patrimônio" e " Design de Centered Virtual Sistemas in the Usuário". Coordinator of the Project of Extension " Itinerantes: Transforming Rumos". Member of the Publishing Committee of the Magazine Tourism in Analysis of the University of São Paulo (USP) and of the National Association of After-Graduation in Turismo (ANPTUR). It has experience in the area of Tourism, with emphasis in Social Sciences and Sciences of the Information, acting mainly in the following subjects: Tourism, New Technologies, Education, Science of the Information, Leisure, Scientific Production in Tourism and Leisure in Brazil and Social Turismo.
