PhD in Psychology at University of Sao Paulo (USP). She is a Professor at School of Economics, Business Administration and Accounting at Ribeirão Preto / USP in the area of Human Resources and Sustainability. Reseacher on the following themes: sustainable human resources, education for sustainability, corporate social responsibility, sustainable development. Leader of the GOLDEN for Sustainability research group - Chapter Brazil (goldenbrazil.org).
