Professional with over 15 years of experience in project coordination, development of qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, and innovation focused on the dissemination and application of scientific knowledge in public policy. Works at the intersection of Sociology and Geoinformation, with an emphasis on spatial analysis, information systems, public policy, crime dynamics, urban studies, resilience, and sustainability.Currently serves as Technology Transfer Coordinator and Head of the PAHO/WHO Collaborating Center (BRA-61) at the Center for the Study of Violence (NEV-USP), part of the FAPESP Research, Innovation and Dissemination Center (CEPID). He is also a Research Fellow at ABES, participating in the Think Tank Center for Intelligence, Public Policy, and Innovation (in partnership with the Institute for Advanced Studies of the University of São Paulo IEA-USP), and an Associate Researcher at the Interdisciplinary Laboratory for Studies on Violence and Health (LIEVES). Additionally, he is a member of the organizing team of the project RUA Urban Resilience in Action, supported by ProETUSP Thematic Axes Program of the University of São Paulo.Holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of São Paulo, with a doctoral internship at the University of California, Berkeley, and a Masters degree in Remote Sensing from INPE, being the first social scientist to earn this degree from the institute. Has worked in renowned research and planning institutions, including ISPCV, SEADE, SEMPLA, EMPLASA, COVISA, Agenda Pública, and the Global Cities Synthesis Center (IEA-USP).His career integrates research, teaching, and scientific dissemination, with a strong focus on social innovation, urban resilience, and territorial sustainability, contributing to the strengthening of integrated practices between science, society, and governance.
