Maria Raquel Venturini

She holds a degree in nutrition from the University of São Paulo (2004). He was a FAPESP fellow for scientific initiation. She was a nutritionist for GRSA in the area of hospital meals production (2007-2008). She was a nutritionist at Hospital Santa Marina (2008-2009), responsible for pediatrics, uti pediatrics, neonatology and maternity. She was a nutritionist at the São Paulo State Government Specialty Clinic (2010-2013), working in outpatient nutrition for adults, focusing on chronic non-communicable diseases. She is currently a production and clinical nutritionist at Mário Gatti hospital in the municipal government of Campinas - SP (since 2013). Post-graduated from the Federal University of São Paulo (2006) in the course "Health, Nutrition and Infant Food". She supervised the teaching-assistance activities in the specialization course in "Pediatric Gastroenterology for Nutritionists" (2007). She has experience in production, clinical and outpatient nutrition, with emphasis on nutritional analysis of populations. She worked mainly in the following subjects: metabolic syndrome, nutrition in pediatrics and genetic analysis in intolerances and food allergies, non-communicable chronic diseases.
