Graduated, Master and Doctorate in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho Currently she is a professor at Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, Ilha Solteira Campus in the area of Computing. Develops research in the area of Electrical Engineering, with an emphasis on Control of Nonlinear Systems, Neural Networks, Artificial Intelligence and Fuzzy Systems and on the development of Assistive Technologies (AT) aimed at rehabilitation. Coordinates the Laboratory of Digital Assistive Technology and Inclusive Robotics (Darti-Lab), where she develops research and extension projects aimed at the development of Digital Assistive Technologies (TAs) with a focus on teaching and learning for students in Special Education, including: the development of accessible digital teaching materials using specialized software; computational implementation with high-level programming languages and the use of Open Educational Resources (OER); as well as the training and initial and continuing education of teachers.
