Prof. Dr. Tatiane da Silva Evangelista holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP, 2003), a Masters in Mathematical Sciences from UNESP (2006), and a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP, 2009). She began her academic career in 2010 at the Federal University of Triângulo Mineiro (UFTM) and has been teaching at the School of Sciences and Technologies in Engineering at the University of Brasília (FCTE/UnB) since 2012, where she teaches undergraduate engineering courses and has also taught in the Professional Master's Program in Mathematics (PROFMAT) since 2010. Prof. Evangelista engages in outreach activities aimed at inclusive education, supporting both the universitys internal and external communities, with projects that use comics as an educational tool for teaching mathematics and promoting the inclusion of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Additionally, she is interested in gender issues within the exact sciences, working to foster equality and female representation in the field. Her areas of expertise include Linear Programming, Mathematical Modeling, Mathematics Education, Inclusive Education, and Active Learning Methodologies, among others. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
