Alba Chiesse da Silva

Graduate in Biological Sciences from Universidade Federal de São Carlos - UFSCar (1985), master's degree (1990) and PhD (1996) in Ecology and Natural Resources at UFSCar. Doctoral thesis experimental work was performed at Dr. Benjamin Bouck lab at the Universisty of Illinois at Chicago. Pos doc at Center of Molecular Biology and Genetic Engeneering of Campinas State University. Scientific experience with the following topics:plant protein biochemistry, protein phosphorylation, tubulins, kinases, Opaque2, cytoskeleton, Coix, maize, algae, phytoplankton, coffee. Current position as researcher of the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation, Research and Development Department, Coordination Office for Mediation and Integration in R&D.
