Marcilei Eliza Cavicchioli Buim

I have a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the State University of Londrina (UEL) (1996), a Masters in Genetics and Improvement from the State University of Londrina (UEL) (1999) and Ph.D in Science, concentration area oncology from Fundação Antônio Prudente (2005). I completed my first postdoctoral in investigative pathology, by CEPID at the AC Camargo Cancer Center, Sao Paulo-Brazil in 2011. I completed my second postdoctoral fellowship in research of circulating tumor cells at University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) - Germany, in 2017. I have experience in research in the field of molecular biology and investigative pathology, with emphasis on oncology, acting mainly on molecular markers, gene expression and mutation analysis.
