She holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Santa Cecília (2003), a Masters degree (2006), and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (2010), with a doctoral sandwich program at the Interuniversity Microelectronics Centre (IMEC) in Leuven, Belgium, in partnership with Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. Since 2009, she has been a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Centro Universitário FEI, where she also coordinates Research and Development projects in university-industry collaboration, supported by the Brazilian Informatics Law under the management of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI) since 2013. She coordinated FEIs Graduate Program in Engineering and Hospital Maintenance (20202021) and served as Vice-Rector for Digital Education at UNIFAA (20232024), overseeing the management of 27 programs and 10 learning centers. Currently, she is also a Professor at IBMEC, teaching in the MBA in Technological Solutions for Data Science (2025). (Source: Lattes Curriculum)

This work of undergraduate research aims to study power transistors especially IGBT. Will study their main static and dynamic characteristics through numerical simulations and experimental measurements. The physical structure of these transistors will also be analyzed in order to analyze the impact that variations in structure can have on their functioning as a key.
