Irene Patrícia Nohara

graduated at Law Course from University of São Paulo (1999), master's of Law from University of São Paulo (2002) and ph.d. at Public Law from Universidade de São Paulo (2006). Habilitation Thesis on Administrative Reform and Bureaucracy (2012/USP). Researcher of the (Pós)-Graduation Program of Master and Ph.D. from Presbyterian University Mackenzie. Her research focuses on the following subjects: Regulatory governance, compliance in the regulation and self-regulation from organizations, risk assessment, interpretation of public law in terms of reasonability and efficiency, having the confict of interests into consideration, infrastructure of partnership and services, including bid,celebration and execution of public contracts in the challenge of new technologies.
