Entrepreneur, consultant, teacher and speaker, Andressa is the founder of SustnReal, a consultancy that supports business transformations with a focus on sustainability. She has more than 20 years' experience combining strategy, expansion, innovation, management, culture and customer experience, developing solutions for complex and multidisciplinary issues. Graduated in Computer Engineering from ITA, Andressa holds a master's degree in Sustainability from Schumacher College/Plymouth University, in England, and has held executive positions in companies such as NaturaCo, Enjoei, The Boston Consulting Group, JBS Ambiental, Restoque, HP and Santander.
