Paulino Eduardo Fernandes Pinto Coelho

He is a Post-doc in urban and industrial solid waste recycling at the Department of Mining and Petroleum Engineering of the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (1995-1996). Ph.D. from the University of Western Ontario (1986) in high level nuclear waste disposal. B.Sc. in Geology from the Institute of Geosciences at the University of São Paulo (1974) where he also received his M.Sc. in Economic Geosciences (1980). He began his professional career in large engineering works, studying foundations and environmental impacts on the physical environment. Since 1982 he has worked in research and projects focused on solid urban, industrial and nuclear waste in research institutions and the private sector in Brazil and abroad.
