Educator and biologist specialized in Non-Violent Communication (NVC), Socio-Emotional Education and Life Project. Has extensive and deep experience in the dialogical processes of non-violence and conflict mediation, with children, adolescents and adults. It also has a specialization in Teaching and Innovation in Higher Education, Supervision and Educational Guidance and training in Socioemotional Practices of the Positive Discipline. From active listening and dialogue, creates and develops projects that allow the overcoming of challenges, based on scientific knowledge and interdisciplinary practices in education, science and communication. Her work has been recognized for initiatives focused on the culture of peace and non-violence, affective feeding, healthy eating and sustainability, especially by FAO-UN - United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization - and REDE-PEA UNESCO - United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization. Has experience with teacher training, project development, curricula. teaching plans, lesson plans and pedagogical projects focused on the areas of socio-emotional education, STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics) and active teaching methodologies (visible learning, project learning, design thinking etc.).It is based on the 4 pillars of UNESCO education: learning to be, learning to know, learning to do and learning to live together, acting locally, thinking globally.
