Jose Humberto Machado Tambor

Professor of chemistry, biochemistry and subjects related to renewable energies in undergraduate course at the Centro Universitário ENIAC and postgraduate course at Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz . PhD in Sciences by University of São Paulo (2004). Large experience in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, with emphasis on Genetic Mapping and Functional Studies, working mainly on the following topics: mitochondria, saccharomyces cerevisiae, sugarcane, paracoccidioides brasiliensis and genome. From 2007 to 2011, studing of cellulases from different species of fungi for degradation of cellulose and related materials in heterologous expression at "Concordia University", Canada. The project aimed the production of secong generation ethanol by the synergy of different enzymes. At Centro Universitário ENIAC, develops studies with biofuels like hydrogen (water hydrolysis), biodiesel and biogas and cooperates with an international reasearch in nuclear protein addressing signals.
