Graduated in Medicine at the Federal University of São Paulo (1983), residency in Diagnostic Imaging at UNIFESP (1984 to 1987), master's degree in Medicine at the Federal University of São Paulo (1992) and doctorate in Medicine at the Federal University of São Paulo (1994 ) Specialist in Radiology by SBR (1984), Specialist in Ultrasonography by SBR (1988) and Specialist in Psychiatry by SBP (1998). Visiting Professor at University of Texas, Hermman Hospital, Houston, Texas, 1992. Physician hired from UNIFESP (1988 - 1998). Pos doctoral fellowship in Psycho oncology and Palliative Care at the University of Toronto, Department of Psychosocial Oncology and Palliative Care, Princess Margaret Hospital, Toronto, Canada. (2006 - 2007) Pos doctoral fellowship in Mood Disorders and Psychopharmacology at the Mood Disorders Psychopharmacology Unit at The Department of Psychiatry, University of Toronto, Canada (2007-2009). Developed and heads the Department of Psychiatry and Psychology of the ACCAmargo Cancer Center from 1999 to 2005, and from 2011 to the present. Coordinator of the Smoking Support Group (GAT) of the ACcamargo Cancer Center. Developed and coordinated the postgraduate course lattu sensu in psycho oncology at Fundacao Antonio Prudente, ACCamargo Cancer Center, Sao Paulo, from 2002 to 2006. Coordinator of the multiprofessional residency in psycho oncology at ACCamargo CAncer Center since 2014. of the Antonio Prudente foundation. I have worked in a private practice since 1994 Has experience in Medicine, with emphasis on Psychiatry (Psychiatric Interconsultation), Diagnostic Imaging, Psycho oncology, Palliative Care and Smoking.
