Luiz Carlos Donizetti Goncalves

Graduate on Physics(1992), master on Physics (1994)and ph.d. on Physics from Instituto de Física da USP (1998). Has experience in Physics of Condensed Matter, focusing on multiple quantum well structures for optical and electrical applications. Has experience in characterization of thin films by optical luminescence and magnetic fields, FTIRS, RBS, x-Ray luminescence and diffraction, and has experience in clean room procedures. The latest focused work was the development of MEMS structures, membranes and cavities for fiber optics, and contacts by electroless Ni deposition.
